We are seeking a highly skilled multitasker with excellent communication abilities and a positive demeanor. Prospective candidates should have the capacity to support management and assist all visitors to the company by managing office responsibilities, offering courteous and professional aid through phone, mail, and email, handling reservations or travel plans, and generally fostering a helpful and optimistic atmosphere in the workplace.

To excel as an administrative assistant, applicants need to exhibit professionalism, politeness, and attentiveness while maintaining accuracy. They should consistently be ready and responsive, displaying a readiness to confront each challenge directly. Competence in computer usage, general office duties, and proficiency in both verbal and written communication is essential for administrative assistants. Most importantly, they should genuinely aspire to fulfill the needs of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Executing office responsibilities, including filing, producing reports and presentations, preparing for meetings, and managing supply restocking.

  • Offering immediate scheduling assistance by scheduling appointments and averting conflicts.

  • Managing incoming phone calls and messages and directing enquiries to the relevant individual or department.

  • Utilizing computers for report generation, meeting minute transcription, presentation creation, and research tasks.

  • Welcoming and aiding visitors.

  • Keeping office area and workspaces clean

  • Sustaining courteous and professional communication through phone, email, and mail.

  • Assisting the Managing Director closely with daily activities.

Educational & Technical Requirements:
  • HND, bachelor's degree, in Tourism & Hospitality or equivalent.

  • Good computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platform user.
