Salary range: ₦90,000 - ₦150,000 + Bonuses

Responsibilities:
  • Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws;

  • Meeting with prospective clients to give advice and recommendations based on which services they require;

  • Providing clients with all pertinent documentation;

  • Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time;

  • Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients;

  • Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents;

  • Assist clients with applications for visas, green cards, citizenship, and other immigration benefits;

  • Holding consultation sessions with clients;

  • Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays;

  • Communicating with clients, government agencies, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth processing of applications;

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client cases.

Educational & Technical Requirements:
  • HND or bachelor's degree;

  • Computer literate, good computer user, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Social Media Platforms

Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent;

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as an immigration consultant, travel consultant or a similar role in the travel & tourism industry, preferably with expertise in relocating individuals to the big five countries (US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand);

  • Top-notch research, fact-checking, and writing abilities;

  • Outstanding verbal communication skills;

  • Strict observance of all applicable deadlines;

  • Solution-oriented approach to fulfilling duties;

  • Good time management and organizational skills;

  • Detail-oriented and research driven individual;

  • Ability to handle stressful situations;

  • Ability to offer excellent customer service.
